Business Development Specialist – Lead Our Growth

I-CATCH Optical, a dynamic and growing eye care company, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our network of client organisations, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who wants to take ownership of growth strategy, build strong client partnerships, and play a key role in scaling a business from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure new corporate, NGO, and government clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Expand the company’s corporate client portfolio and market presence
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of sales personnel to meet and exceed targets
  • Track sales performance and implement initiatives to improve sales productivity and pipeline conversion
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that generate sustainable revenue streams
  • Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships, repeat business, and service expansion

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 5–7 years’ experience in business development, corporate sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new organisational clients
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a sales team
  • Valid driving licence (required)
  • Strong strategic thinking and opportunity identification skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a start-up environment
