About the Role

Pestalozzi Academy is seeking a dynamic, dual-qualified Business Studies and ICT Teacher to join our secondary faculty. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to understand the mechanics of the global economy while mastering the digital tools that drive it.

The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating the overlap between these subjects—teaching everything from entrepreneurship and financial literacy to data management and digital innovation.

• Deliver high-quality lessons in Business Studies and ICT across Cambridge (IGCSE/A-Level) and ECZ curricula.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance student engagement.
• Prepare students for external examinations with a focus on high academic achievement.
• Participate in the school’s "Head, Heart, and Hands" holistic education model, including extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Strong digital literacy
• Excellent classroom management
• Passion for student-centered learning

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (with a focus on Business/ICT) or a relevant degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.
• Registered teacher with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and hold a valid Practicing License.
