BUSINESS MANAGER (x1)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall business operations, including sales, finance, HR, and supply chain functions, to ensure profitability and growth.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures to maximize operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads to build a high-performance culture.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions to drive revenue growth.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors/Executive Management on overall business performance.
