• Understand what is included or excluded in each guest’s package.
• Record and process bar sales correctly.
• Serve wine, cocktails, tea, and coffee professionally.
• Keep guest room mini-bars stocked and neat.
• Take guest orders and work closely with the kitchen team.
• Plan and prepare for private dinners and special guest experiences.
• Always keep a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide service with care and respect.
