Background
We are a courier company focusing on order fulfillment in Zambia with our HQ in Lusaka, we are looking for self-driven candidates to join our growing call center.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or any related experience.
- A person of high integrity.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English but also understands local dialects (not a requirement but a plus).
- Highly motivated individual.
