About Winco Industries

Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company currently establishing a new factory in Masaiti District near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking experienced steel fixers and carpenters to support both the construction phase and the long-term manufacturing operations of the factory.

Position Summary

Steel fixer and carpenters will be responsible for the construction project. . The successful candidate must have strong experience in cutting drawing and fixing steel, installing formwork, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities（carpenters）

• Interpret and follow drawings and specifications
• Building installing and repairing structures and dismantle formwork
• Measuring cutting and shaping wood and other materials
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Work collaboratively with the team

Key Responsibilities (steel fixer)

• Cut, bend and fix steel reinforecement
• Ensure accurate placement and spacing of steel bars
• Check steel reinforcement for damage or defects
• Maintain tools and equipments
• Fix and tie steel reinforcement in place for concrete structures
• Follow safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain tools and equipment

Remuneration
