Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: Between 20 and 40 years
• Education: Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management from a recognized institution
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or institutional kitchen
• Proven ability to prepare high-quality, hotel-standard meals
• Strong skills in pastry and cake making
• Must be neat, sharp, and quick, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and dietary requirements is essential
