Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Food Production

Requirements:

• Must be able to prepare Congolese dishes
• Must be able to train and guide kitchen staff
• Proven experience as a Chef
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Good time management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality meals consistently
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure standards are met
• Assist with menu planning and food cost control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
