JOB DETAILS:
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative functions of the organization. This leadership position requires a seasoned finance professional with good analytical skills, astute financial management and planning knowledge, and a track record of efficient and effective management of resources. The individual is responsible for the timely reporting and integrity of financial reports, regulatory compliance and providing strategic insights to aid decision making processes at Executive level.

- Any other responsibilities determined by the CEO
Qualifications and skills
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- A Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- An MBA or Msc will be an added advantage
- Must be a member of ZICA
- Proven experience with minimum 5 years in a senior finance role in an insurance business set up
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 accounting practice is a must

Level of Education: bachelor degree
