Our Client, SINOMA (Mphande Limestone) in the Manufacturing Industry, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

Chief of Section / Section Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations within the assigned section
• Lead and manage technical teams
• Ensure efficient production processes
• Enforce safety standards
• Provide training and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Proven experience in concrete mixing or industrial operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving skills
