About the Role
As CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, development, and innovation within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, building scalable systems, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership excellence, and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the company’s overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of software products, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams across international locations.
- Establish best practices for software development, architecture, and DevOps processes.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient delivery of technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with global data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Proven track record as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent senior technology leadership role in an international software company.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and product development.
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams, systems, and processes in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
