Job Purpose:

The role is critical in managing and optimizing warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, dispatch of goods, and supervision of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain up-to-date and error-free inventory records
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff effectively
• Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs
• Ensure health, safety, and a clean working environment
• Coordinate with other departments for timely operations
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment
• Identify improvements in layout, workflows, and technology use

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate (GCE)
• Degree/Diploma in Stores Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong inventory and warehouse operations knowledge
• ERP system experience (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Must be able to speak Chinese
