- Manage the entire import/export clearance process for all mining equipment and supplies.
- Prepare and submit customs declarations via the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) system.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and transport companies to coordinate shipments.
- Ensure all import duties, taxes, and statutory fees are calculated and paid correctly.
- Maintain a detailed filing system for all customs documentation, bills of lading, and permits.
