Background
Richmond Finance Limited is hiring a Client Service Executive to be the face of our Lusaka team. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service in financial services, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years in a client-facing role within financial services
- Sound understanding of KYC, AML, and data protection
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/LMS experience an advantage
What We’re Looking For:
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Integrity and commitment to responsible lending
