About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Client Services Officer to lead our credit operations and oversee the performance of our lending portfolio. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in maintaining portfolio quality, managing credit risk, and driving growth across multiple lending segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office Duties
    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare, file, and manage documents, records, and reports.
    • Assist with procurement and office supply management.
    • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks (e.g., timesheets, petty cash).
    • Coordinate logistics for company events, trainings, and workshops.
    • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
  • Operational Coordination
    • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
    • Liaise with service providers and vendors.
    • Provide support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in front office or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
