Supervise and instruct nursing students during clinical rotations, facilitate skill development in real healthcare settings, and evaluate student performance in clinical environments.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) is required
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field is an advantage
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical teaching, precepting, or mentoring nursing students
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical skills assessment and evaluation
- Experience in coordinating clinical placements and liaising with healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of current clinical practices and safety protocols
Experience needed:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical teaching, precepting, or mentoring nursing students. Demonstrated expertise in clinical skills assessment and evaluation.
