COLD CALL AGENT – SALES

Lowkey Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Call Agent – Sales to join our growing team.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company’s services, and convert potential customers into paying clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating sales opportunities and driving business growth through effective telephone sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and potential clients.
  • Introduce and promote the company's products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Convert leads and prospects into paying clients.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to close sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings or demonstrations where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Previous sales or telemarketing experience is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales opportunities.
  • Must own or have reliable access to a laptop and smartphone.
  • Reliable internet connectivity.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

Performance Expectations

  • Make a minimum of 50 calls per day.
  • Contact at least 250 new businesses per week.
  • Generate a minimum of K12,500 in weekly sales revenue.
  • Achieve K50,000 in monthly sales revenue.

Compensation

  • Monthly Base Salary: ZMW 1,500
  • ZMW 6,000 (Performance Commission) upon achieving the monthly sales target of K50,000.
