• Monitor service centre operations and ensure compliance with commercial financial policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review sales and banking records for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct monthly inventory, cash, and debtor reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Monitor cash sales control accounts and perform daily reconciliations.
• Prepare expenditure analysis reports for service centres.
• Audit sales records and identify unauthorized sales transactions or breaches of approved credit limits.
• Perform monthly debtor account reconciliations and ensure customer sign-off.
• Work closely with Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to monitor debtor performance, collections, and payment status.
• Support the CFO in preparing revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenditure budgets.
• Raise and process credit and debit notes, ensuring appropriate approvals and accurate account updates.
• Prepare audit files and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports within agreed timelines.

• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' financial accounting experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and process controls will be an added advantage.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ZICA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Financial Accounting principles and financial management systems.
• Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
