Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Assign tasks to construction workers, artisans, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure all activities comply with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate workers and contractors to maintain project schedules.
• Oversee the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce health and safety procedures on site.
• Identify and report construction issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain discipline and good working practices among site personnel.
• Prepare regular site progress reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Relevant trade qualification or certificate is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is an asset.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
