JOB DETAILS:

AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Consumer Lending-Direct Sales Agents to be based in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Solwezi, Chipata, Mumbwa.

The Consumer Lending-Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for Marketing Bank products to individuals and firms.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Marketing Bank products to individuals and firms.
• Loan documentation preparation and Evaluation.
• Key customer liaison person and Customer acquisition.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in direct sales, field sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or relationship management.
• Experience in selling financial products such as loans, insurance, mobile money, savings products, or related services is an added advantage.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate. ZAQA certification is a must.

Level of Education: high school
