JOB DETAILS:
Graceal Lounge needs reliable Cooks who can handle the heat when the orders fly in.
‎
‎You will:
‎- Prep ingredients daily: cutting, marinating, portioning before service
‎- Cook menu items to standard — grills, nshima, stews, sides. Speed + consistency
‎- Follow recipes and portion sizes from Head Chef. Keep food cost low
‎- Maintain kitchen hygiene: clean station, wash dishes, FIFO stock use
‎- Work split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Be a resident of Chongwe
‎
‎We need: 1+ year cooking in a busy restaurant/takeaway. Fast hands, clean habits. Can read recipes and follow instructions. Grade 12 + Food Handler’s Certificate is a must. Experience with Zambian + continental dishes is an advantage.
