Background:

CHINA COPPER MINES LIMITED (CCM) is a large-scale mining group established in Zambia, focusing on resource exploration, mining, hydrometallurgy, and mining investment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations across China Copper Mines (CCM).
• Serve as the central point of contact between various teams.
• Monitor and manage production scheduling and dispatch operations.
• Collect, analyze, and report production and operational data.
• Coordinate emergency response actions and safety investigations.
• Oversee night operations and cross-departmental activities.
• Support optimization of management systems.
• Provide logistical and administrative support.
• Contribute to the development of control center systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination within a mining environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and dispatch systems.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Grade 12 certificate and Valid silicosis certificate.

Experience:

Minimum 24 months of relevant experience.
