JOB DETAILS:

Location: Mumbwa

Number of Positions: 1

Job Summary: The Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will manage schedules, coordinate activities, and serve as the primary point of contact for site supervisors and security staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate security operations and schedules.
• Ensure effective communication between the security team and management.
• Monitor performance and provide guidance to site supervisors.
• Address and resolve any incidents or conflicts in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Must be based in Mumbwa.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and self-disciplined.
