JOB PURPOSE

To support Corporate Communications, Government Relations, and CSR by producing high-quality visual content (photography and videography) by capturing and delivering real-time content that strengthens Airtel’s communications, enhances stakeholder engagement, increases visibility of CSR initiatives, and ensures consistent brand representation across all platforms.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content (photography and videography) in real time to support internal and external communications.
• Developing and produce engaging multimedia content aligned with Airtel brand standards and messaging.
• Documenting CSR initiatives and stakeholder engagements to support visibility, reporting, and compliance.
• Providing on-site photography, videography, and logistical support during events, campaigns, and leadership engagements.
• Ensuring professional content quality through effective equipment setup, lighting, audio, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Producing content in-house to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain consistent brand identity and organized media archives.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

• Certificate (Diploma or Degree preferred), Communications, Photography, Videography, or related field
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital media trends
• Exceptional ability to build and sustain positive relationships internally and externally

Relevant Experience:

• At least 3 – 5years in photography, videography, or multimedia content production
• Telecommunications background is an added advantage
