We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Credit Officer to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about credit management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for financial detail—this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to assess borrower creditworthiness and analyze financial statements
- Experience with developing credit policies and managing debt recovery strategies
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
- A proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation
- Sound judgment and decision-making in handling credit operations
Key Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Credit and recoveries, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Must be between 25 – 40 years of age.
- Strong background in Loan processing, risk analysis, and collections.
- Excellent understanding of credit principles and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of handling GRZ (Government of the Republic of Zambia) loans is a strong added advantage
