JOB DETAILS:

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside qualified Purchasing Administrator in RDO Africa Lusaka Warehouse.

Duties

• Capturing of data on SAGE
• Processing and supplying of Purchase Orders to suppliers
• Processing of the re-orders on a weekly basis.
• Filing of all documents.
• Managing supplier back Order
• Issuing RTQ numbers and Upkeep of the RTQ register
• Filing of weekly cycle counts / Journal batches for all 3 branches
• Assisting in the weekly cycle count of the Warehouse.

Skills & Requirement

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
• 2 years Sage experience
• Attention to detail is essential aid.

Note:

Applicants staying in Lilayi and Chilanga will be considered as priority.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
