About the Opportunity

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training before deployment and will be provided with all necessary working tools and equipment required for the assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking practical experience in research, fieldwork, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys and interviews with respondents in assigned areas.
  • Accurately collect and record data using provided tools and systems.
  • Ensure data collected is complete, accurate, and submitted within established timelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with respondents.
  • Follow all project guidelines, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Attend mandatory training and briefing sessions.
  • Submit daily progress reports to supervisors.
  • Meet assigned data collection targets and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 School Certificate.
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in data collection, research, customer service, census activities, or related field assignments will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and first-time applicants are encouraged to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within Lusaka when required.
