Roles and Responsibilities

Proactive maintenance of the IP Network

To restore and recover the service based on SLA (Temporary and permanent solution) on the IP Domain

Implement disaster recovery and Contingency Plans on the IP Network

Escalating to CS and R&D and providing the required information

Second line support to field maintenance team and Enterprise Dept

Output technical trouble shooting cases

Routine preventative maintenance and analysis on all network elements

CR implementation supervision

Release and data management (such as back up)

IPBB and IP related dimension and planning

Implementation for expansion, Rehoming and integration

End to end optimization (planning and implementation)

Reporting: regarding KPI Daily, weekly and monthly. Make reports regarding to Faults and handed on time

Providing training plan for FLM and FO

Conduct routine Health checks and Service quality improvement actions

Ability to learn Automation and support with IP Domain Automation

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in IP network

Experience in Huawei or Cisco IP equipment’s is a must

Education

Must have a bachelor’s degree or better

Having Huawei or Cisco certification minimum CCNA level or equivalent
