Dangote Industries Limited is seeking a Data Control & Compliance Officer for their Ndola Cement location.

Responsibilities or duties,

Ensure that the SOP is regularly updated and adhered to in letter and spirit. To compile all violations on weekly basis and forward to the Management. To follow up on all case of violations until it is closed and keep a database of the final action taken by way of Rebuttal Reports. To keep a Database of Dismissal/Suspension cases pertaining to fleets. To Monitor, collect data related to movement &halt status to formulate complete and accurate staff reports. To maintain Attendance Register. To assist Head of Tracking in maintaining discipline in Tracking Room. Responsible to enter and maintain all Driver & Asset Data in the Nova Application. Update all data as per its occurrence. Officiate as the Head of Tracking in his absence.

Qualifications or requirements 

A minimum of a Diploma/Degree in information system, Transport and Logistics, Social Science or any other relevant discipline. Willingness to work flexible schedule. Ability to display good time management skill in reference to timely attendance of work shift and submission of reports. Display of initiative & Willingness to take on additional responsibilities when assigned.
