Role Overview

The Dean of Students will be responsible for overseeing student affairs, ensuring a positive and productive campus experience, and supporting the holistic development of our students. This role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep commitment to student welfare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and programs related to student life, conduct, and well-being.
  • Provide guidance and support to students on academic, personal, and social matters.
  • Manage student disciplinary processes and ensure adherence to the Centre’s code of conduct.
  • Oversee student support services, including counseling, health services, and career development.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Organize and supervise student activities, events, and clubs.
  • Manage the budget for the student affairs department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in student affairs or a related leadership role within an educational institution.
  • Proven experience in student counseling, crisis management, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong understanding of higher education policies and best practices in student development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
