Background
Wellcash Debt Collectors is urgently looking to expand its team. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us in our mission to provide effective debt collection services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the debt collection industry.
Responsibilities
As a Debt Collection Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting debtors to discuss outstanding debts.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.
- Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection.
- Providing excellent customer service to debtors.
Qualifications and Experience
The minimum qualification required is Grade 9. While prior experience in debt collection is advantageous, it is not strictly required as training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are persistent, have strong communication skills, and are able to work independently and as part of a team.
