- Support the School Manager in operational and academic leadership.

- Maintain discipline with fairness and enforce school policies.
- Manage attendance, learner records, staff scheduling, and compliance.
- Enhance reporting, documentation, and feedback systems.
- Promote a culture of excellence throughout the school.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five O-Levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching or equivalent (Master’s degree advantageous).
- Registered with TCZ and proficient in ICT.
- Familiar with ECZ and Cambridge systems.
- Minimum five years’ leadership experience in schools.
