Zimworx is looking for a proactive and versatile Developer who is passionate about building and optimizing modern applications. If you enjoy working with powerful tools, solving complex problems, and coding scalable solutions, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain websites, applications, and software using coding or no-code tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and security. Implement best practices in software design, user experience, and workflow automation. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends to continually improve processes. Manage multiple projects, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to maintain team standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in web, application, or software development using coding or no-code platforms. Strong understanding of software development principles, workflows, and best practices. Experience with database integration, APIs, or automation tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The job is on-site in our Lusaka office.
