JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee fundraising and donor engagement strategies
- Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community members
- Coordinate and support youth-led initiatives and campaigns
- Represent the organization in fundraising events and strategic meetings
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Public Relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in community engagement, donor relations, or youth leadership (formal or volunteer)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
