We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing / Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has hands-on experience creating content, posting on social media platforms, and managing websites. Key Responsibilities

• Create digital designs for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
• Create visually engaging content using Canva for social media, and other digital platforms.
• Schedule and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) following the content calendar.
• Graphic design and layout of in-store promotional material i.e. pamphlets, hand-outs etc.
• Social Media Management on all platforms
• Spearhead marketing events such as roadshows, exhibitions, and sales incentives
• Design, develop and implement marketing material, e.g. pamphlets, posters, leaflets etc
• Develop print materials, signage, and product displays aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintain and update the company website with new products and content
• Assist with general marketing administration and ad-hoc design tasks

Requirements

• Experience with Canva – creating graphics, social media posts, banners, etc.
• Social media management experience – posting, scheduling, and basic analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.
