Wave 7 operates a structured, multi-branch sales model designed to identify, diagnose, and digitally transform businesses across Zambia.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Digital Sales Branch Coordinator manages day-to-day sales activities within a specific branch or town.
This role is both hands-on and supervisory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Branch Operations
- Coordinate daily sales activities within the branch
- Ensure agents follow Wave 7 sales processes
- Act as the first point of supervision for Sales Agents
2. Sales Execution
- Actively participate in sales and lead generation
- Support agents during client engagements
- Ensure accurate data capture through the Transformation Wizard
3. Team Management
- Monitor agent attendance, discipline, and productivity
- Coach underperforming agents
- Recommend promotions or exits based on performance
4. Reporting
- Submit daily and weekly branch performance reports
- Track leads, conversions, and challenges
REQUIRED PROFILE

- Sales or customer-facing experience
