JOB DETAILS:

We are launching a proudly Zambian football podcast that will feature voices from the pitch, the stands, years back and behind the scenes. To help bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy and football-loving digital content coordinator to manage our social media presence and help us grow online.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage our Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter (X) accounts
Edit and post short video clips from podcast recordings for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
Share engaging content: quotes, memes, match teasers, and behind-the-scenes stories
Engage with followers and track growth
Propose new ideas for content and community building

Required Skills & Attributes
Strong passion for Zambian and African football
Tech-savvy, creative, and confident with digital content tools
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, Videoleap, or similar
Modern, easy-going, and adaptable to new trends
A strong team player who can communicate well and take initiative
Comfortable writing short, catchy captions and engaging with online communities

Working Terms
Remote and flexible working hours
Commission-based and task-based compensation (e.g., platform setup, content creation, growth bonuses)
Initial contract: 3 months, renewable based on performance
Specific deliverables and rewards will be agreed upon at onboarding

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
