Thelsac Equipment and Services Limited, a reputable company specializing in swimming pool construction, maintenance, equipment supply, and water treatment solutions, invites applications from suitably qualified and results-driven individuals to fill the position of Direct Sales Agent – Swimming Pool Services.
Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused)
- Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new clients for swimming pool construction, maintenance, refurbishment, and equipment supply services.
- Generate qualified sales leads through direct field marketing, cold calling, referrals, door-to-door engagements, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell Thelsac Equipment and Services Limited’s swimming pool solutions to residential, commercial, and institutional clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client consultations with the objective of closing deals.
- Negotiate pricing and service packages within approved company guidelines to secure signed contracts and confirmed work orders.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and ensure timely follow-up on all leads until closure.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects, quotations, and closed deals, and submit regular sales performance reports.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as pool chemicals, equipment, renovations, and service contracts.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally in the market to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an added advantage).
- Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or marketing (experience in construction, swimming pools, landscaping, or related services is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to move within assigned sales areas.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or mobile-based reporting tools is an added advantage.
