About the Role:

NexaByte is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic sales professionals to represent our brand and drive revenue growth across Zambia.

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed: Monthly Stipend/Retainer

High Earning Potential: Generous Sales Commission paid on all services provided

Who We Are Looking For:

1st Preference (Experienced Candidates):

Direct Sales Agents with experience from MNOs (Mobile Network Operators)

Sales Agents with a background in IT Goods and Services

2nd Preference (Entry Level):

Any interested individual without experience is welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Requirements:

Age: 18 – 40 years old

Must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: high school
