Whence Limited is inviting applications from motivated and hardworking individuals for the position of Direct Sales Representatives.
Vacancies by Location
- Mpatamatu – 11 Positions
- Chimwemwe – 9 Positions
- Pamodzi – 12 Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Scout, market, and engage potential clients
- Build and manage your own client base
- Conduct initial loan applicant appraisals and evaluations
- Assess creditworthiness through background checks
- Build referral networks with existing clients
- Promote financial products through various marketing channels
- Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics
- Diploma in any field (minimum)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Any work experience is an added advantage
- Applicants must be 20 years or older
