Background
Apostolic Voice Alliance (AVA) is a global faith-based network raising Kingdom-minded leaders.
Role Summary
Provides oversight of pastoral training, mentoring, and ordination processes internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain global ordination standards and policies
- Mentor and train pastors internationally
- Review and evaluate ordination applications
- Maintain international ministerial registry
- Safeguard doctrinal integrity and accountability
Qualifications:
- Pastoral leadership experience
- Theological foundation and mentoring experience
- High integrity and spiritual maturity
Commitment
Volunteer leadership role, remote, with scheduled leadership meetings.
