The company’s mission is to become a leading and integrated agri-business by optimizing the value chain and supporting the production of high-quality nutritious foods using sustainable and environmentally friendly methods. As our business continues to expand we are looking for a pool of talented individuals that are self-starters’ and experienced to oversee business operations for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in various parts of the Country to fill the vacancies.

Job Purpose
To support the efficient distribution of the Company’s products by coordinating order picking, loading, dispatch, delivery documentation, and inventory movements to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.Zambia job alerts
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify customer orders for dispatch.
- Coordinate the loading, dispatch, and delivery of products in line with delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery notes, invoices, and other dispatch documentation.
- Monitor stock movements and reconcile dispatched quantities with inventory records.
- Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Transport teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track deliveries and promptly resolve distribution and customer delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate distribution records and prepare routine distribution reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and write
- Class B/Valid driver’s licence.
