About the Role – Document Controller Position in Lusaka
As a Document Controller at DBK Management Consulting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of company documents. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing supplementary information files, and implementing robust document control systems. This position demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to coordinate document workflows across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities for Document Controller Jobs in Lusaka
- Develop, edit, format, and maintain SOPs and process documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Manage and maintain Excel-based Supplementary Information Files (SIFs) with accuracy.
- Implement and oversee document control systems including version control, filing, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Ensure all documents adhere to company quality and formatting standards.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution across relevant departments efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory.
- Certification in Quality Management, Document Control, or Records Management is required.
- A diploma qualification will be considered an added advantage.
- Valid endorsed Code EB Driver’s License.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office or WPS Office applications.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in document control or related fields.
