JOB DETAILS:
- Operate drilling equipment to create blast holes or exploration holes in underground mines
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on drilling machinery
- Interpret drilling plans and ensure accurate hole placement
- Collaborate with blasting team to achieve production targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years underground drilling experience
- Certification in drilling operations (e.g., Boilermaker/Driller certification)
- Physical fitness for working in confined spaces and handling heavy equipment
- Knowledge of ground support systems
