Agrosource Investment Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated Drilling Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating portable and trailer-mounted drilling rigs for water and resource exploration projects. This role requires both technical knowledge and hands-on experience in safe, efficient drilling operations.

Responsibilities or duties:

• - Operate portable and trailer-mounted drilling rigs for water and resource exploration.
• - Conduct mud rotary and air drilling techniques.
• - Carry out borehole construction, casing installation and site preparation.
• - Perform site safety checks and risk assessments.
• - Keep accurate drilling logs and records.
• - Conduct basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• - Work collaboratively with field teams to achieve project targets.

Qualifications or requirements:

• 1. Educational Background
• Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate (passes in Math and Science preferred).
• Preferable: Technical or Vocational Training Certificate in:
• - Drilling Operations
• - Mechanical Engineering
• - Mining or Water Resources
• 2. Technical Skills & Experience
• - 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating portable or trailer-mounted drilling rigs.
• - Strong understanding of mud rotary and air drilling techniques.
• - Knowledge of borehole construction and casing installation.
• - Experience in borehole siting, drilling log keeping, and basic maintenance.
