The Embassy of the Republic of Zambia in Washington DC invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:
Driver
Qualifications
- Valid and clean Driver’s License
- Minimum 5 years driving experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work permit
- Experience driving sedans, SUVs, and transit vans
- Completion of Defensive Driving Course
- Knowledge of auto mechanics (added advantage)
- Previous embassy or international organization experience (added advantage)
- Good command of English
Key Duties
- Transport diplomatic staff for official duties
- Schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Maintain vehicle logbooks and cleanliness
- Monitor mechanical issues and advise on solutions
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
