If you are an experienced driver who takes pride in punctuality, safety, and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Documentation & Reconciliations: Perform pre-trip safety checks, reconcile delivery paperwork with loaded stock, ensure customers inspect and sign Proof of Delivery (POD) forms, and submit timesheets and trip sheets accurately.

Vehicle & Fleet Maintenance: Inspect vehicles daily, execute basic first-line maintenance, conduct petrol/diesel dip readings, keep the vehicle clean, and immediately report damages, defects, or incidents to the Service Centre Controller.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to regional road traffic regulations, Service Centre operational safety procedures, and site access protocols. Participate in Health and Safety training and maintain safe working conditions at all times.

Customer Centricity: Represent OK Furniture and House & Home professionally, handle customer interactions with care, resolve or escalate customer complaints timeously, and deliver exceptional service.

Teamwork & Professionalism: Maintain high standards of personal presentation, demonstrate initiative, meet delivery deadlines, and work productively within the logistics team.
