  • Coaching & Culture: Building a high-performance culture through continuous field-based coaching and assessments.
  • Monitoring & Intervention: Leveraging telematics data, onboard monitoring devices, and operational performance reports to provide targeted, corrective coaching aimed at improving driver behavior.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Addressing the causes of accidents, fuel overconsumption, speeding, and vehicle abuse.

  • Evaluations: Conducting practical driver evaluations, route observations, and competency assessments.

Education & Skills

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Diploma in Transport & Logistics, Road Transport Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Fleet Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in driver training, fleet supervision, or performance management.
  • Valid Professional Driver’s License and Defensive Driving Certificate.
  • Training of Trainers (TOT), Dangerous Goods, or Incident Investigation certifications are a distinct advantage.

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record who can influence behavior and drive measurable improvements in safety and operational performance.
