ZVEC Group of Companies, operating under the Zambia Vocational Entrepreneurship College, is seeking talented professionals for multiple full-time roles based in Lusaka, Zambia. Responsibilities
The Driving School Manager will oversee safe, compliant, and commercially disciplined operations of the driving school, ensuring effective scheduling, fleet management, and customer service.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in driving school management, transport, fleet, or business administration. Minimum five years’ supervisory experience in a related field. Valid driving licenses and thorough knowledge of road safety and driving school regulations.
Skills
Expertise in driving school operations and fleet control. Strong scheduling and customer care skills. Proficient in revenue and utilization management. Effective supervision and incident response capabilities.
