Job Purpose

To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell company products to farmers, agro-dealers, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and field visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and meet monthly targets.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
  • Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and field days.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing (agribusiness experience is an added advantage). Graduates seeking to begin their careers in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Valid driver’s license (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
